CAROLINA PARTNERS IN MENTAL HEALTHCARE
FEE SCHEDULE FOR MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT AND WELLNESS SERVICES
The Clinician's fee will vary depending on
the service rendered, the specific provider involved and the terms of
particular insurance plans. However, each provider has a standard fee
for a 45 minute individual, couple, or family session. Longer or
shorter sessions are pro-rated from this basic fee. Please ask about
our fees and we would be happy to describe them in detail for you.
The following partners charge a
standard $100.00 for a 45-50 minute therapy session. There is an
initial interview fee of $175.00. Ask in advance about fees for other
services.
The following partners charge a standard fee of $120 for a 45-50 minute therapy session. There is an initial interview fee of $200.00. Ask in advance about fees for other services.
The following partners charge a
standard $225.00 for a 45-50 minute individual, couple, or family
session. Initial evaluations, which involve more administrative time,
are $300.00.
The following partners charge a
standard $175.00 for a 45-50 minute individual, couple, or family
session. Initial evaluations, which involve more administrative time,
are $250.00.

the 4 Nurse Practitioners:

Claims for the 2 Physician's
