Sara Taylor

MSN, NP-BC, Masters of Science in Nursing, Board Certified Nurse Practitioner, joined Carolina Partners in 2014. She earned her MSN at the University of Cincinnati in 2013 and received her BSN at Chamberlain College of Nursing in 2009. Ms. Taylor completed her FNP preceptor-ship at the Pender County Health Department with a focus on Women's Health, at the CVS Minute Clinic, and the Central Regional Hospital of Butner, NC. She works at Duke University Medical Center as a Nursing Coordinator and previously worked in the Geriatric and Child/Adolescent Psych Unit at Central Regional Hospital. Ms. Taylor will treat teenagers and adults for general psychiatry including depression, eating disorders, post-partum, and PTSD at our Main Raleigh Office in Raleigh, NC.
