Sheila Stillman

MSW, LCSW, Master of Social Work and Licensed Clinical Social Worker, has been with Carolina Partners since 2002. She earned her BA from Hunter College and her MSW from Barry College in Florida. Ms. Stillman has worked as a field instructor for UNC Chapel Hill School of Social Work, as a clinical substance abuse counselor for OPC Area Program, as a psychotherapist at UNC Chapel Hill, and in private practice. She is a certified substance abuse counselor and AIDS educator, and has given presentations on substance abuse, women's issues and mental health issues for many area programs including OPC Area Program and Alamance Co. Mental Health Center. Ms. Stillman is a member of the N.C. Society of Clinical Social Workers. She practices in our Counseling Center in Durham, NC, where she specializes in psychotherapy and counseling for individuals and groups, substance abuse treatment and women's issues.
