Kelly Crenshaw

NP-C, Certified Nurse Practitioner, joined Carolina Partners in 2015. She earned her MSN from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington and is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. During Ms. Crenshaw's previous employment at WakeMed Health & Hospitals, she received several awards, including the Professional Nursing Excellence Award for outstanding clinical performance. She currently practices in our Raleigh, NC office where she treats all ages and specializes in depression, anxiety, and geriatric mental health care.
