If you have never been seen by a Carolina Partners provider, please contact our Intake Coordinator at 919.929.9610 to provide her with your insurance information.  CPMH will verify your insurance benefits and subsequently file your claims on your behalf.  We request that you have your insurance card ready as this information will be necessary.
